About Tomfest

Tomfest Highlights

Welcome to the home of the one and only, all original, tom festival! 2008 will mark tom fest's 13th year as the northwest's forefront christian indie-music festival. each year we showcase well over 100 regional and national bands over 4 days on 4 stages, and 2008 will be no different - from acoustic to hardcore, indie-pop to punk rock, and everything in-between!

tom festival is also more than just music. there are many different 'environments' that you can be a part of - from our lounge tent to our mini-movie theatre, our karaoke cafe to the guitar center jam tent, and much more.

other highlights include the tom fest cafe, various food vendors, and a huge merch tent packed with swag, art, band merchandise, clothing, vendors, sponsors, and more.

Bring your own couches, tents, tarps, mobile art, instruments, etc and create your own camp at the fest! come ready to meet new people, discover new music, and be fed through worship, the word, and fellowship.

ultimately, tom festival has always been, and will always be, 'a family that is serious about family.'.

ATTENTION ARTISTS & PHOTOGRAPHERS!!!
Would you like to share your gifts with others at TOM this year? We will have an art hall to showcase work by members of the TOMFEST community. Show your paintings, photographs, or sculptures! If you're interested in taking part, email jakedockter@tomfest.com to get hooked up. (All artwork must be redemptive in nature - this doesn't mean pictures of Jesus and crosses, or cottages by the sea - although those are fine - but artwork that points somehow to the ultimate creator, and makes us think of or look to the divine)

ATTENTION POETS!!!
Are you a poet and you know it? Ok, ok... that was lame... but if you ARE a poet, then BRING YOUR POETRY TO TOM!!! We will be having an open mic, Poetry Jam/ Verbal Slam! You will be able to share your poetry in a group hosted by Poet Extraordinnaire BRADLEY HATHAWAY. He will be sharing his own poetry as well as M.C.ing the night... so, what we're basically trying to say is... BRING IT AND BE READY!

ATTENTION YOUTH PASTORS!!!
We want TOMFEST to be a practical choice for you and your group. We know that money doesn't grow on trees, and it can be hard to raise cash for events like this... so, we offer truly unheard of discounts to groups. If you haven't seen our 2008 ticket prices yet, check out our tickets page and you'll see that our standard prices alone are super affordable. On top of that, we offer $5.00 off each paid admission for groups of 15 or more plus free chaperone passes. If you'd like to take advantage of this offer for your group, please contact us at tickets@tomfest.com. We've never turned anyone away, so please let us know if you have any specific challenges you're facing so that we can help!
